68 of the French say have a poor opinion of the profession

Third France real estate franchise network, presented the results of the survey commissioned to the Institut Français Opinion public (FIFG), which queries the French on their perception of the profession of estate agent. 68 of the French say have a poor opinion of the profession. A finding that confirms the trend identified by Guy Hoquet the estate of a first survey last year, where 66 of respondents reported the same thing. The rating of popularity of estate agents therefore overall continued these past 12 months, but this is not the same for other professions. Thus, 58 of respondents have a bad opinion of bankers in June, thus reversing the trend from last year, since they were 51 to have a good opinion. Insurers lost to them 3 points positive opinion: only 42 percent of the French say today have a good image of this profession. If the French agree to say that the estate agent is a competent and available, professional - attributes reinforced a year-, they however deplore its proximity and involvement in local life. "These results reflect unfortunately the practices of some agents serving the whole of the profession." It does to us, real estate professionals ensure on a daily basis to provide a quality of service to the missions assigned to us; This is what we stand for many years in the network! ", says Guy Hoquet. These results mixed blessing for the profession, real estate agents must draw the necessary conclusions.
